If you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or style, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at support@outprfm.com

We offer a free first exchange, subject to stock availability.
Exchanged items will be shipped only after we receive the original product and it passes a quality check.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a reverse pickup at our own cost.
